🔬 What does Lil Shop of Spores sell?
Lil Shop of Spores provides microscopy research specimens, including spore syringes and spore prints. All products are intended strictly for lawful microscopy, taxonomy, educational, and research purposes.
⚖️ Are mushroom spores legal?
Mushroom spore laws vary by jurisdiction and species. Although Psilocybe cubensis spores generally do not contain psilocybin or psilocin, their sale, possession, and shipment may still be restricted by state or local law.
Customers are responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
🚫 Are there states you cannot ship mushroom spores to?
Yes. Lil Shop of Spores does not ship Psilocybe or Panaeolus spores to:
- California
- Florida
- Georgia
- Idaho
Additional restrictions may apply under applicable laws. Customers are responsible for understanding the laws governing possession of mushroom spores in their location.
🧬 Are your mushroom spores intended for cultivation?
No. All mushroom spores sold by Lil Shop of Spores are intended strictly for microscopy, taxonomy, educational, and research purposes only.
We do not support or provide instructions for cultivating prohibited mushroom species. Cultivation of psilocybin- or psilocin-containing mushrooms is prohibited under U.S. federal law.
Any communication indicating intent to cultivate prohibited species will result in order cancellation and refund. Lil Shop of Spores reserves the right to refuse future orders that violate this policy.

To complete an order, select Pay by Mail during checkout and finish your order normally. You will receive an Order Number and order total in your email confirmation. If you are a new customer, please check your spam folder.
Once you have your Order Number, choose your preferred payment method below.
