Shipping Policy
We offer USPS Priority shipping and recommend this as the most economical and quickest way to get your order. It takes 2-3 days anywhere in the continental US and a delivery confirmation/tracking # is available for all orders shipped with this option. Orders shipped this way require no signature (can be requested) and will generally fit into a standard apt. mail box or larger.
We also offer UPS Ground service. Remember that we require a signature for all packages shipped via UPS.
NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING SERVICES!
Orders will generally be shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed- unless otherwise noted, excluding weekends or holidays.
Orders are shipped once daily Mon-Fri around 9:00AM. If you place your order after 9:00AM it won't be shipped out until the following day.
UPS does not deliver Saturday or Sunday! Nor do they pickup packages on the weekend.
US Postal Service delivers on Saturdays. So if you order with priority shipping on a Friday you will most likely receive it on Monday.
Orders are shipped in plain brown boxes for UPS or Priority shipping boxes for USPS priority. They are return addressed to RVF.
There is no indication of the contents on the outside of the packaging.
Returned Orders: Orders that are returned to us for any reason will be reshipped for $5 administrative fee + shipping. Click this link for a returned order reship.
